  • The tldr is that within 12 weeks you can expect a 6-10 kilo weight loss or 3-5 kilo weight gain, depending on the goal.

    Individual results will vary depending on age, gender, genetics and lifestyle constraints.

  • It’s not a requirement, and I have coached many clients to a result, even when they don’t do this.

    However it is always advisable to provide as many data-points as possible to ensure we are on the right track.

  • Let’s start with the minimum time commitment and build from there. 

    You’ll get results in as little as 90 minutes of training per week.

    From there we can add other habits, totalling 5% of your total weekly waking hours, including training, commuting to the gym, grocery shopping, and engaging with me. 

    Your health is your wealth, so consider this 5% your weekly non-negotiable contribution to your wealth that truly matters. 

    As we continue, if you find yourself wanting to spend more time on your fitness goals, we can increase this if it makes sense. 

  • 12 weeks is the minimum commitment period. There are a few reasons for this, which makes it the best approach for both parties.

    You’ll need at least 12 weeks to see your body composition take shape, as the changes are not so noticeable in a shorter timeframe.

    12 weeks also ensures I am not out of pocket by giving one of the limited slots to someone who drops off after 4 weeks for example.

  • Absolutely, though there is no pressure to do so. Clients who continue, receive a 25% discount, and switch to monthly billing which can be cancelled at any time.

  • This depends on your requirements. On our call, I’ll ask you a series of questions which will help me to recommend the best fit for you. 

    I’m not the cheapest, as I keep my spots limited, so as to give my full attention to every client. 


    If you can’t afford the price I quote, I can offer you other solutions which offer the same result, just with less face-time with me, and a little more work on your end. 

  • Yes all prices can be broken into more affordable payment plans at no additional cost, to ensure the balance of the twelve weeks is paid in full.

  • Yes, if within the first 12 weeks we haven’t achieved our agreed goal, I’ll continue working with you for a further 4 weeks, free of charge.
